Job Description:
Zoar United Church of Christ is looking for a part-time pastor to be the spiritual leader of the congregation and function as the church's worship leader, outreach leader, fellowship provider, teacher and pastoral care provider. We seek a pastor who will prepare sermons that are biblically-based; create an environment of worship that leads to learning, spiritual growth and life application.
About Zoar United Church of Christ:
We are a small conservative Bible based church located in a small National Historic Landmark village established by German settlers seeking religious freedom at the turn of the nineteenth century. We love and support each other as a church family and work closely with area churches in various missions. We strive to be a lighthouse in the community proclaiming the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Job Qualifications:
Required: Bachelor's Degree in Ministry-related major. Preferred: Master's Degree from Seminary.
